Hi Jamal,
The space at the top is caused by the paragraph mark under the table in the header. You cannot delete that paragraph break, as Word's design requires there to be a paragraph after the last table in the header (just as it does in the document body). If you reduce the size of that paragraph's font to 1pt, it will virtually disappear. The space at the bottom of the page is because the Cambria font that you're using requires a certain amount of white space above & below each line. Each font requires a different amount of white space. If you change the two paragraphs and the end of the first page and the start of the second page to Times New Roman, for example, you will see that they will then both fit on the first page.
