Default Creating a Word font
Am writing a novel and would like to use shap's for certain letters.


How can I make a new font up so that I can for example display -- for a letter etc.

Font creation is no trivial matter, and not something you can do with Word. There are many creative fonts available as free downloads from the web, however. Alternatively, you could experiment with Word's various WordArt and/or clipart offerings.
