A little patience on your part wouldn't go astray. In case you hadn't noticed, these forums are run by volunteers who have lives to live - including earning a living, having meals, socialising and sleeping (In my time zone, you posted at 11:43 PM!!!!!). Supporting users with problems isn't all we live for ...

Since you appear to be using footnotes or endnotes, the simple solution is to use Insert|Cross-Reference and cross-reference the relevant footnote or endnote - instead of creating a new one.
