![]() I am trying to set up styles that will automatically do multi-level lists (or at least numbered lists). The problem I'm having is two-fold: 1. At the second, third and following levels, the lists get numbered as if they were a continuation of the previous list at that level, even though I have indicated in the style that each list at these levels is to be a new list and is to start with 1. 2. When I see the continuing list numbers, I try to correct them: I click on the number icon, then click to start a new list and indicate the number it is to start with. Word will not start a new list even after I have done this. Does anyone have any ideas about correcting this frustrating anomaly? Thanks. |

Check the site below, and see if your set-up may have been not quite correct.

Thank you, Ulodesk. I'll let you know how it works. It looks complicated, but it can't be as frustrating as my stumbling around trying to figure it out by myself!
