Hi eliz.bell,
If it's a paper form, there's no way of getting anything onto it from Word without using a printer. If it's an emailed Word document that contains anything other that an image of the form, it must already have some structure you could access for typing into the relevant areas. You can then save the changed document to your 'My Documents' folder and email it to wherever it needs to go (eg back to the sender) without the need to print it.
