Hi, WaltR. I think you'd need the advanced typesetting capabilities of a prograpm like InDesign to do what you're asking. However, you can "cheat" your last line, after inserting your break, by selecting the words in the last line, and increasing the letter spacing in the Font formatting/Character spacing dialogue.
