Hi Guys, I have a problem now. Since trying to fix a problem with a password on a word file, Please see previous post (oops Password protected...)I am unable to rename files now. Also having a problem with word and publisher having to close all the time. Application error 'The instruction at "0x05c65101" referenced memory at "0x00000004" memory could not be "read". Cklick on OK to end program.

I also had something come up about saving to the normal global template and cannot remember what this is about.



Please help as I am desperate now to fix my computer as I need it to work properly.
