How to remove unwanted lines - I cannot even find how/where they are inserted!

I can imagine your frustration. These were objects, not borders, and they were probably formatted as "behind text," which is a typical phenomenon with PDF-to-Word conversion. I have removed them. IN Word 2007, there is a Select Objects tool. It has been a while since I used 2003, and I don't recall the equivalent in that version. Perhaps it was Ctrl_click or something.

In any case, I am attaching your cleaned document.

After convert pdf to word I got a problem in my whole document,it's convert in a format even i don't the name of this format, the whole text is in a box.
