Hi,
I did something real stupid. I had a few documents for an English class that I had used the insert object field, and had a date that always updating. I copied and pasted a Macro from a site that was suppose to change this, and now, on my desktop, any document I open has the properties. For example: The header instead of showing a page number, shows Kidd {\PAGE \* Arabic \* MERGEFORMAT} I erased the macro too. How can undo these changes? I shouldn't have messed with the macro because I have no idea what it is. Can I reset Word, so that it will not show these changes? If I take a backup copy of my documents, and open them on my desktop, they are the same way, but they're fine on my laptop. I don't know what I did. Will uninstalling and re-installing fix the problem? Thanks. |
