Hi,
I often use alt-shift-(up/down) to quickly rearrange paragraphs in my documents. However, there seem to be instances in which Word treats multiple paragraphs as a single paragraph (so it ends up moving a set of lines instead of just a single line). When I select "show formatting" I have verified that paragraph marks are at the end of each of my paragraphs (as opposed to soft line breaks). Is this a bug? (word 2007) Is it a style/formatting thing? (although it works in other sections of the document that use the same style) Is there something I am not considering? Thanks in advance! -Josh |
