Thank you, but now Im even more confused!
With ref to the first comment, I have the checker on all the time so does that mean that I would have to correct the whole document then save for the checker not to prompt again? But then if I do it all, then open the 'finished' document another time will it prompt me again?
Secondly, even when I check the 'ignore rule' its prompting me each time, is that to do with the above?
Is there any way that I can check as I go (doing part of the document each time) and not have the checker prompt? Anything permanent? Other than turning it off!
