![]() Hi MShroff, I doubt there's a practical way around this, other than perhaps redoing the download. It seems strange that a web site might display the words correctly but not include all the characters in the output. Is it possible the characters are included, but you've used Paste Special > Unformatted text and that's clobbered characters that aren't supported by your current font? Usually, any such characters simply display as little squares.

My apolgies, I did not put it correctly the first time. The document is a ebook converted into HTML which I open in the browser.
