Default Protecting or hiding ASK fields

Hello

I have a document with a bunch of ASK fields at the top of the first page. This document will be used by several people and I have tried to find a way of hiding these fields. I know you can use hidden text but this feature is already being used in the document and will be switched on and off by the people using the document to display instructions.

Is there a way of hiding the fields outside of the document? Or even the ability to hide a whole page or protect a whole page or these particular fields?

Lastly, could these ASK fields be incorporated into a macro if none of the above are possible?

Thanks,
