Hello Paul

I have managed to create formula fields and link names with numbers on a seperate line, so thank you very much.

I have created the drop down tab using "drop down form fileds" however every time I want to change the name I have to go in to the properties and choose the name from the list rather than there being a drop down on the main document (such as when you use the standard drop list). Is there any way of changing this?

I also have to right click on the formula field and click update is there any way so it auto updates when I change the name?

Regards

Tom
