Is there a way that I can tell word to automatically hyperlink certain phrases? Word is my Outlook editor, and I'm trying to speed up and increase function of my e-mails. For example, every time I type pay online, I'd like it to hyperlink pay online to our online payment webform, membership benefits to the benefits page, join to the membership application webform, etc. Surely there's some way I can create a rule... maybe autocorrect?? Under AutoCorrect>Replace Text as You Type the Plain Text and Formatted Text buttons are grayed out.

In the main document, create a hyperlink and highlight it. ALT+T+O Proofing>AutoCorrect and the hyperlink is already there-- you just type in what your want replaced. The language is * HYPERLINK http://www.... and I can't see the rest. YAY!
