scroll bar issue
when i try to click and drag the scroll bar in ms word 2007 to an exact location it bounces me all over the place with a logic that i haven't quite figured out. in openoffice i can just click and drag the scroll bar to a consistently exact location. why is this not working for me in ms word? it's maddening when i'm trying to work on a paper!
