"Justified" means that each complete line fills the width of the page, with spacing between the words to achieve that. Inmco,plete lines finsish wherever they finsh, with blank space to the end of their line eg at the end of a paragraph.

That's what your second example looks like.

How does that compare with what you are actually getting ? Where are the "extra spaces" appearing ?
