Office 2021: How to use the "Find and Replace" command to replace the space between words with “Ctrl+Shift+Space”?

For example, in the screenshot below, the Ctrl+Shift+Space command is used to keep the words “Cook’s D” together on the same line. But what if I want to replace all instances of “Cook’s D” so that the space between the words becomes a non-breaking space (Ctrl+Shift+Space)?
