You should uncheck the 'Automatically Update' attribute and set the font to whatever font you actually want the EndNotes to use.



The strange font name and inconsistent layout suggest your document was originally copied from another that used different fonts etc., or you own template has such characteristics. If you attach an extract from your document to a post containing sufficient of the abberant content to demonstrate what's going on, I could investigate it further.
