Format Painter:
Copy Format: Ctrl+Shift+C
Paste Format: Ctrl+Shift+V
or, you can create your own.

AutoCorrect Options:
I know of no keyboard shortcut or command available to let you assign your own. It can be added to the QAT, though. Once there, you can use the Alt key to get a keyboard shortcut to show.
