Hi team
I am creating training materials for my company. I have several files, and some refer to others. This means that if, for example, the training manual changes, I have to manually go update all of the page number references to the manual in the training checklist (another document). I have a table of contents in the manual that I update every time I edit the manual. Currently, on the training checklist file, I type in the page number in the manual where that topic can be found. I would like to link the page number reference that I type into the checklist to the actual manual, so when a the page number changes in the manual, the page reference will also update in the checklist file. Is this possible? The trick is that I don't want it to hyperlink TO the corresponding section in the manual; I want it to list the page number for the corresponding section. Thanks in advance |
