How to have drop down menu for own list of paragraphs and pages

Dear sirs

I have say 100s of paragraphs and 100s of pages which I have to use it here and there.

I want to name these paragraphs and have it shown in the ribbon for me to use the drop down menu and choose.

Pls help.
