Default How to remove header from all pages except first

Hello,

I'm building a resume and I want to have a head like in the attached image (my name and contact info on a black background). But I only want it on the first page. Clicking on "Different First Page" removes it from the first page and keeps it on all other pages. But I want the opposite. Keep it on first page and remove it from all other pages. How can I do that?

In my day, multi-page resumes were frowned upon.
Edit the header and check the option for Different First Page.

I know. I'm surprised I was able to trim it down to two.

I tried checking "Different First Page" but that removes it from the first page and keeps it on the second page. I want the reverse. Am I limited to copying the header from the second page to the first page and then deleting it from the second page?

No you aren't limited at all. You can CUT it from the header on the second page and PASTE it on the first page. Saves a whole step...
