can't edit text suddenly

suddenly this problem happened. the text all selected. and i can't add or remove or edit anything.

please i need the solution urgently

The fact the 'Equation tools' context tab is visible suggests you might have somehow added the entire document to an equation. Without actually seeing the problem document (not just an image of it), though, it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

You seem to have managed somehow to get the contents into a formfield. You can remedy that by pressing Ctrl-A, Ctrl-Shift-F9, then deleting the 'Text1' bookmark. Do be aware that this process is liable to destroy any cross-references & hyperlinks your document might have, meaning they will need to be recreated.

PS: I've attached your document to your post (as I suggested you should do) rather than sending people off elsewhere to see what the problem is.
