My work is suddenly got blocked at all pages and cant edit

when i edit my thesis, it suddenly got blocked like this (in photo). i have try several advises like checking the protecting document, enable editing, and deleting all tabel pages but still look like this. when i click this page in randomly, it will get selected all. it was like doubled selected/blocked please help this file is my thesis

Windows version of Word?
What happens if you press Alt+F9 (Fn+Alt+F9 on many computers)?
Do you see some braces { } around all of your text?
If so, see All texts and figure suddenly became a field code.

hey, its absolutely works on my file, thank you so much! but i found another problem where my text box didnt visible when my word files i saved as pdf. should i make the text box one by one?

anyway my ms word version is 2019
