That was not an Add-In. It was a Combo Box, which does not provide for multiple selections. It can be done, I think, with a User Form, but that is coding your own dialog box, not plugging in an Add-In.
A combo box is a dropdown that lets you write in your own answer but it does not allow for more than one. Create & Employ a Userform by Greg Maxey
