The key is to have a Style you can apply.
With a Frame, this will be a paragraph style. You may want to base your new style on the Footnote Text style. Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 11-26-2023 at 04:57 PM. |

As I wrote I followed the instructions in those links and when I apply the style to text in the FN area it DOES NOT put it in a frame, but only when the text is in the regular area and I have to drag it down which is really annoying.
Yo cannot insert a frame in the FN area only in the main text area and than drag it, so am I stuck? As I said I need hundreds of margian texts in the FN area so I am really desperate. Any help is greatly appreciated Susan |
