I did that but when I start Word or want to open a new document, the font goes automatically back to Calibri. And when I reopen the Font dialog box, the settings show Calibri - even though I had set Arial as default 30 seconds prior.
I don't know much about the Normal.dotm file, except I don't have it. Also, I have the Normal11 file. And Arail won't stay selected as the default font.
