Again, content to be shared in the various templates could be stored as AutoText in a Global Template and expressed, used in the individual templates through the AutoText Field. If you do this, you would want AutoNew macrros in the document templates that update the AutoText fields and then unlink them. That way, if the common text is updated, it only would need to be updated in the template holding the AutoText. I or someone else here can provide you with such macros. |
