Items ignoring page break. How is this possible?

As shown below, the table at the bottom of the page ignores the page break. It is not part of the footer. If I type anything after the page break, it goes to the next page but the table remains on the page. How is this possible?

Edit: Figured it out... you just drag the table manually and you can position it regardless of the page break.

Your table at the bottom is likely set to be floating (has text wrap turned on). If you select that table and go to Table Properties > Table tab you can change its Text Wrapping property to None.
