As shown below, the table at the bottom of the page ignores the page break. It is not part of the footer. If I type anything after the page break, it goes to the next page but the table remains on the page. How is this possible?
Edit: Figured it out... you just drag the table manually and you can position it regardless of the page break. |

Your table at the bottom is likely set to be floating (has text wrap turned on). If you select that table and go to Table Properties > Table tab you can change its Text Wrapping property to None.
