Hi Walter,

The fields will update at print time, even if a preview hasn't been done, provided Word's 'Update fields before printing' option is checked.

As for the destruction date, the coding for that is considerably more complex. To see how to do it, check out my Microsoft Word Date Calculation Tutorial, at:

In particular, look at the item titled 'Calculate a day, date, month and year, using n days delay'. Do read the document's introductory material.
