Thanks Charles - I still can't figure it out. Might have to hire an DTP expert on fiverr...
I meant that the document already has a Table of Contents at the beginning. I'm guessing that as long as we identify different styles to pick up, we can create a second Table of Contents in the Appendix to cover other topics. If you know of anyone you can recommend, please let me know. At my wits end... |
