Your screenshot looks like you got the height you want for the selected rows.
You can, with the rows selected, in the Table Layout tab set the justification in the cells to be top-left. |

You are in a Table, right?
At the top of your window in the Ribbon there will be a Table Design tab followed by a Layout tab. Click on the Layout Tab. |
