My understanding is that Wordperfect's master documents feature works fine.

Here are two free utilities that can perform actions like find and replace on a group of files in a folder.

• Document Batch Processes by Graham Mayor, MVP

You should never do editing of subdocuments when in the Master Document format.


Note, I have not tested the MD format in the last four years but have no reason to think it has been fixed.
