[Word 97] Loosing Formatting When Changing Styles
I have a number of styles.
The different number of paragraph styles just set the font, size, and style = regular. The difference between the paragraph style may also include the first line indent. I also have (what I call styles - created as paragraph styles) which represent a few words with special formatting. For example those styles allow me to select several words and have them appear with different font characteristics. Example: "Now is the time" (an indexed font). |

If direct formatting or character style formatting applies to more than half a paragraph when a paragraph style is applied, that formatting will be lost.
