I want Word to do as I say. Right now my project--some 2,000pp in several files--is a draft and I don't care about what Word thinks is a good page length. I make a section head (like "[1204]" and I mark it for Continuous, and I command footnote numbering to Restart for each section. That's the way I want it. Word did it my way in previous files in the same format. So why is it ignoring the Continuous now?
