Hello,


we use an third paridy program with very limited and bad support.
the programs opens an word template and write some text into the document.


all works without any error with the old word 2010 version.
now we have to update office (outlook is the reason),
and now word are opening two windows, and in the second window the text was inserted.


but the windows is very strange, we can not edit anything. after ctrl+p and back

the symbol and icons are back.


have somebody ever seen this picture?
what could be the reason, for opening this strange windowß
why is word opened two windows (the first is empty)



second question, can i install word 2010 and office 2021 "parallel"?
because the old word version is working.
