This, like minimizing the Ribbon, is a toggle command.
It retains the Window size.
It hides the Ribbon, QAT, Status Bar, and displayed Panes.

but at the right top there is no icon for minimize oder maximize the rippon.
with strg+p and then back again the window is okay.
some idea what the macro or 3rd parity program does with the window?
it is annoying every time strg+p and then back.
