when i double click to the text at the end of text inside tht rectngle nothing happens even nothing happens when i double-click to select text to change. inside rectangle cursor even does not go at all out side only it keeps allowing to type anything.

Perhaps your rectangle is an image rather that a shape/textbox.
When you click on it, a contextual editing tab should show up in your Ribbon.

Which tab shows up?

• Shape Format?
• Picture Format?
