I made a pdf form with checkboxes for yes/no answers for my job and all was well until one of the managers stated that he needed to receive it in Word format
![]() After trying a few times (and failing miserably - lol) I thought I'd ask here. Basically, I have a table which has two separate questions that require EITHER a yes or a no answer, hence the need for a radio button for each. However, they also need to be shown as tick marks, not just a radio "blob". This was fairly easy using Acrobat Forms (I could even re-size the checkbox size) but as I'm finding out, Word is a little bit more involved & I am very much a Noob at this. So is there a way to do this guys and gals or am I barking up the wrong tree ? TIA PS, using Office 2007 btw. |
