Completely expand collapsed sections?

Is there a command (VBA preferred) to completely expand all sections in a document? I've found all kinds of writeups that tell how to do it one heading at a time, but is there a way to hit one (macro) key and have all collapsed headings expanded — say, for final printout, without tediously searching for all collapsed sections?
