I have a sensitive document which has numerous headings which expand and collapse sort of like content list.The issue Im having is I want all the heading just to show - with nothing expanded, but when I close and open the doc all are expanded. I have clicked paragraph and checked collapse by default but this doesn't work - any other ideas?

I don't have any further suggestion.

You can control this on your computer but not for others. There is a user setting to expand headings upon opening.
