You can have a keyboard shortcut apply a specific style, if that is what you are asking. Use the "Styles" category in the Customize Keyboard dialog box (File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Customize). Perhaps you are trying to navigate to a particular heading? In that case, as Charles has already suggested, you will need a macro.
