I am currently writing my thesis and I am having a nightmare with my Appendix custom labels. I have created custom labels to link to my Heading 7 (Appendix number). I keep on creating the labels and everytime I close my document I lose the custom labels and cannot cross-reference. I would really really appreciate any help as this has proven extremely time-consuming. Not sure what I'm doing wrong!
