I hope you can help me.
I have Word 2002 SP3 installed in my Windows 10 laptop. This laptop was upgraded from Windows 8 (I think) to W10 incase this is relevant information. I get recurrent "insufficient memory" errors. The webpage at I keep getting 'insufficient memory' errors says this may be caused by a Nimda virus even though my virus checker shows not virus. I do not know if the above MVP article is relevant to Word in W10 or not and am therefore afraid to run the virus removal tool or not. If I need to replace Riched20.dll, is there somewhere online I can download it from (Microsoft?)? I have multiple install DVDs but I don't know which is the correct one to use here. I searched my laptop's hdd and found several copies of Riched20.dll (see attached file) Could someone more knowledgeable help me? Thank you. P.S. I forgot to add that I also have Word 2007 installed in this same laptop. |
