Default Word when printing the text is squished together see attachment

Hello Experts!

Hoping one of you can assist. Have been having issues with on of our users Word when she prints the text looks like it's all scrambled together. I have attempted quick repair, repair, uninstall & reinstall, have removed the printers and re-added, updated the drivers. Have checked all of the format & spacing settings as well. Please see attached file.

Please advise

Thank you in advance!

Thank you. Could you also attach a sample Word document with the problem?

Is this imported/pasted from another program or a web page?

On my computer, it display's fine. How does it print for you?

Check to see if there is an update for your display adapter, and for your printer.
