Hyperlinks are in two parts:
1. The text range in the document (the words you can see on the page)
2. The hyperlink address that the link tries to open in a browser

If you are trying to modify the text range then just do a normal find/replace

If you are trying to modify the addresses, toggle field codes first by pressing Alt-F9 then use the find/replace dialog
