I have a Letterhead.docx I like to use that is saved on my hard drive. It's read only so I won't mess it up when I open it. I'll save it as something else to edit. When I open it nothing is where it is supposed to be. The picture is in the wrong place and lines are not where they belong. HOWEVER, when go to print view all the parts are where they are supposed to be and it prints correctly. See Attachment. Any ideas why? Thanks.

1. Use a template, not a document. That is the purpose of templates.
Templates in Microsoft Word 2. To set up your letterhead, see Setting Up Letter Templates - Ribbon by Suzanne Barnhill, MVP. Write back for more. You may want to look at Redirecting |
