Header is not displaying correctly

Hello,

I'm creating a template in Word and struggling with the headers. The header on the Table of Contents Page says: "My First Chapter 1", not "Table of Contents 1".

Page 2, the header is correct, but pages 3 and 4 show the correct chapter but show "0" as the page number.

I am using Microsoft 365.
