Code for displaying UK postcodes correctly
Hello,
I am performing mail merges with letters and labels however our enquirers dont always use the correct way of submitting their postcodes for example PL47BJ or CH345TY. Is there a code within the mail merge field I can use to ensure the correct spacing is used to display these postcodes correctly? For example PL4 7BJ or CH34 5TY? Thanks |

No, there is no field coding for that - if the data have been poorly formatted on input into your data source, that's how the mailmerge will output them.
